Today we have completed the migration of the old DeluxeThemes support forum that was based on bbPress to our new support forum based on Xenforo forum software. It was a big task to convert the database but we had some expert help and we managed to do it and keep just about everything.
All users, threads and posts have been moved over and we even managed to keep attachments.
One thing that was impossible to move were user passwords, so if you had an account on the old forum you will need to do a password reset to get a working password on the new forum.
You can request a password reset here.
If you did not have a forum account on the old forum but you are an existing DeluxeThemes customer, please wait for an email welcoming you to the new DeluxeThemes members area. You will get access to the forum as well as product updates. For support questions until then, please contact us.
We hope that this new forum will be much easier for our members to use and we hope it will speed support time responses too.
The migration was only just completed, so we still have some tidying up to do in the new forum. That will take a little time.

The framework has been implemented into Comfy theme and we have developed tools and features that will make your life easier. License Protection
Comfy v4 provides a new level of protection via a professional licensing mechanism to ensure that only our legitimate customers get hold of our premium theme. Our license keys are verified in real-time and everything is automated, you do not need to get approved or anything. Simply use the key where you wish to install our premium theme.
Comfy theme will not run without a proper validation, therefore we hope that this action stops theme sharing and will make our customers’ experience even better by providing them with fair support and updates.
Upload your custom Logo, or Avatar
The second key feature in this release, that our customers can directly upload their custom logos and avatar via a simple upload form instead of selecting in image file from a list or transferring the image via FTP, or File manager, etc. The framework will handle your uploads perfectly and even store them in a seperate directory.
Import & Export Tools
The new Import and Export tools will make your life easier for sure. They are built to help you to save your work, never lose changes, and give you complete control of your premium theme.
What can you do with the new tools?
- Save your theme files anytime to a ZIP package. Never lose your changes and be safe.
- You can save theme settings with a click of mouse.
- The setting saving feature is very efficient because this will allow you to transfer the settings to any other installation without having to replay the setup.
- Import theme package to replace existing theme files.
- Import theme settings from any valid settings file.
Auto Update
The auto-update tool will make our lives easier. Never ask for an upgrade again, you will even receive real-time notifications of newer versions and install them automatically and directly from your theme control panel. Even better you can re-install the latest version if you want at any time. The auto-update tool will ensure that you can request the latest copy of the product you paid for at anytime, without having to ask for an upgrade.
Get Extras!
We aim to make our theme compact, less size, so our framework offers the option to download/install languages directly from Deluxe Themes server. This is also helpful because you can always receive a list of our most updated language files and therefore you can instantly download new languages, language updates, and so many more.

We recommend this emergency update for all NewsWorld users. This small update fixed a few major issues that have been confirmed by our users.
The emergency update has fixed the following issues:
- Incorrect story thumbnail and description when liked or shared via Facebook.
- Incorrect file-linking in header causing server load and invalid requests to the server.
- Strange characters appear in non-English blogs due to lack of UTF-8 support.
The update contains fixes for the above issues. It is mandatory to update/overwrite the following files when you download the update.
Files were changed:
- /lib/hooks.php
- /lib/builtin-functions.php
