Our website grants you non-exclusive access to use the web templates and other products sold through our website (http://www.deluxethemes.com) by Deluxe Themes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Theme Licensing & Usage
All our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. Our themes may be used by our customers on as many websites as they like.
Theme updates are always free for all customers. All future updates and modifications will be released for free. All themes are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress. We can give no guarantee that older templates will run with future versions of WP and recommend that you keep your theme updated as we are committed to doing our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
3. Browser Compatibility
Our themes support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 7 and 8. Whilst we strive to give every a seamless & near-identical experience across each of these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some of these browsers.
4. Download Access
After we have succesfully received your payment, you will receive the theme you purchased in your e-mail instantly. This process is almost instantaneous after your purchase is completed and approved by the merchant. If you do not receive an email containing download link(s), please contact us via our support forum and let us know about it as soon as possible.
Note: No invoices will be available for your purchase as the Plimus.com sales receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Deluxe Themes. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
6. Refund Policy
Since Deluxe Themes is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing from our site.
7. Support Policy
Support for theme related issues is provided via our public support community. Our support team aims to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. We will not provide any support via Twitter. We may request you to e-mail us your login details when needed, in which case we will communicate via e-mail to protect your confidential & secure details.
For account problems, please contact us at email@example.com. If you are requesting modification help, which only requires us to publish a couple lines of code, we will be glad to assist you. If however your query requires more than that amount of code to be published, we can only provide guidance.
8. Price Changes
Deluxe Themes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of our themes and other products are subject to change anytime and without prior notice.
Deluxe Themes does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that Deluxe Themes templates will work with all browser combinations.
